Hi!
My problem is the spellpower because i have the Stump of The Time and a Theralion's Mirror but i equip Theralion's Mirror i lost some haste and my average spellpower is increased, but when i equip the Stump of The Time i have more haste but the average sp is decreased so i don't know what is better because Stump of The Time proc is very good but the proc time is rare.
I don't know which is better the average sp or a proc and more haste
