I've some problemes. First, I think that for a Balance, I've to much Spirit.
What do you think about my stuff ?

Should I get more Int, Crit/Mastery, Haste ?
I put my gems and my reforging according to my Hit's cap.
I make my stuff about this: Int>Sprit>Haste>Crit/Mastery.
What should I change !!?
My cycle is: Treans, Insect Swarm, DoT, Life's blood (From Herbalism), starsurge, Wrath/starfire... I refresh my DoT one second before that they leave.
And I arrived to 12k Dps on one target. And instant Starsurge ever after a cast.
