The stampede gives 30% haste for 8s, so it will give nicely more rage gen to start with, in boss pull for example.
I took Brutal Impact for the 10s cd on skull bash (yey finally some caster control for druid tanks),
but if you use 4P-bonus you can take just one point from it and take points off from stampede to get 3/3 King of the jungle (I'm not sure on this yet though, which will benefit most overall, but new simulations are running).

I see you didn't get Endless Carnage which I definitely take since it increases duration of our 9% increased critical strike (pulverization buff), meaning more mitigation through Savage Defence.
