Just wondering if anyone can tell me if my dps is alright/bit pants for my level of gear?

It's a bit hard to say from a 10man log since you're only partially buffed and so, but I did notice that your Aimed Shot count is a bit low; the fight duration was 277 seconds, so one would expect 27 Chimera Shots and Aimed Shots, however while you do have 27 Chimera Shots there's only 24 Aimed Shots.

Also the Mangle debuff was only up 82.8% of the fight, which hurts your dps considerably.

You're not quite hitcapped without a draenei - hopefully you always have one in group. If not, I'd suggest gemming a few hit/agi gems to guarantee you're hitcapped, since that's by far more important than any other stat. If you do gem hit/agi make sure you take the best socket bonuses you can with those gems.

You might want to spec TSA if no one else is bringing the buff (mainly valid for 10mans - very unlikely no one would bring it in 25mans).

Also none of your pets has a proper PvE dps spec.

No enchant on wrists?

4T10 would probably also be a good idea, if you can get tokens for 264 pieces.
