I noticed both Devai and Kruf were stacking mastery and I was wondering that was becuase they had the haste buff from madness and it was just a temporary thing or if when you acheive the 4piece t13 that haste proc was sufficient making mastery stacking better. Have seen good parses by haste stacking and mastery stacking on fights like heroic ultrax. Any insight would be helpful.
