Warlord Zon'ozz Soaking

Anyone found out if hunters can deterrence the damage from the orb on the warlord encounter?

My guild is starting on heroic on wednesday, and therefore we want to have very few players taking the soaking dmg.
So, anyone know if it works? I've seen through some guides on forums etc, and some people says it works, and some don't, and lots of these guides was wrote on the PTR, so things might have changed.

Hello, Sorry can't really tell you for sure, but on PTR Deterrence did NOT work on soaking the orb.
