Orc racial

Hello Paragon's orc hunters,
I am about to race change to orc and I was just wondering, what is the best way to use the racial bloodfury, would it be to use it every 2 minutes off cooldown or save it for use with rapid fire?

I would suggest to try and time it with other cooldowns, such as Tolvir, Rapid and so on. From there on, its situational, if you don't pop your CD's like Rapid/Tolvir again until a burn phase during the boss encounter, and you know that it'll be several or so minutes until you do, keep it on cooldown, but make sure it is up again for using it with RF/Tol/Pet buff, etc. If you know that you'll be using your cooldowns shortly after they come off CD, keep your racial up so you can burn it with your other CD's, giving you great synergy.
