Ok so i have tier 12-4 Set, would it matter if i had 1234 haste instead of cap?
i have been over 1235 or been trying to get it the closest
or is there any other kind of haste cap that other people are using?

haste plateus arent that important anymore as they used to be.
1235+latency is quite common one for Arcane Shot dumbing

or with higher gear levels you can mass haste and Aimed Shot dumb ( check Kruf's armory for example ).
AI dumb can result much higher dps numbers, but if you have to move a lot its a bit of a suicide.

1235 haste is kinda the plateau you want to be at. The next plateau after this for the Arcane Shot dump is at around 2900 haste. I dont know why people seem to talk about 1850 or 1900 haste and the Chimera Glyph, as they drastically reduce the worth of the glyph at these levels since they pushback Chimera, but.. Stick with 1235.

If you want to dump with Aimed, all you need is a lot of haste, no plateau to worry about here.

Rinku said that the amount of haste that will replace the Arcane Shot dumping with Aimed Shot dumping is around 1600 haste, making it beneficial at that haste level to start hard casting Aimed Shot all the time. Now we got 2 people saying different things, making it confusing.
