haste & goblin

hi, i have a stupid about haste plateaus, since i'm a goblin hunter, should i have 11.93 % haste instead of 12.93 ? i know "time is money is not true haste but i still wonder. Sory for my bad english :p and thanks...

That pretty much answers the question, go for the 12.93% haste, because 1% attack speed is barely noticeable, it will help you (very, very slightly) with accounting for latency, consider it a bonus, and not something that changes your stat weights, rotation, and so on.
