I'm having a haste issue.

I need help understanding about haste. People say i have to much haste and some say i need more im so lost .i read that i need 1850 and others told me that i need 1250. So im looking for some help from the others hunters with there tips.

So far it appears to be more of a range of haste to have (between 1250 and 1850 with 4pt12)

To give you an idea, I have 1851 haste.
My Steady cast time under rapid fire WITHOUT the 10% haste buff is 1.054 -- the Windfury is worth about .1 bringing me to .954 -- and I have around 50 latency, which basically puts me at the GCD, under rapidfire, with no haste procs.

Obviously with the 2 new trinkets, haste procs are pretty common, but because you are casting a lot of Aimed's under RF anyway, the loss of dps from having a .7 steady cast with a 1sec GCD, is made up for a bit by having a 1.2 or so aimed cast time, instead of 1.5 (made up numbers)

Reforging wise Im simply doing
- Hit to at least 961 then weight 0
- Haste to at MOST 1875 then weight 0
Crit > Haste > Mastery In terms of generalized stat weights.
