MM stats help and Rotation

Hello hunters,
I need some help with stats. What now is possibly best? Crit or Haste. Consider that I have 4piecesT12 and I have 1850 haste now, but only 1542 critical strike rating. I want to know whether it is crit better than haste, and how much haste I need if I have glyphs on Arcane shot, Kill Shot and Steady Shot?

Next thing what is important is rotation. In CA phase is clear, just spamming AI and SS but, in CS phase? Only CS on CD and AS with SS to keep ISS buff? And if I pop Rapid Fire in CS phase just spamming SS with AS? or I can shot AI? And I have last question( I hope :D) What shot is best for use when is Burning Adrenaline on- If it cd on CS expire I ´ll shot chimera but what to do when it is not.
Thanks guys for answer

Hit > Crit > Haste > Mastery. Now, there's controversy over 12.93% haste + some to account for latency or loads of haste to mimic T11 4-set but from what I've seen 1850 is not enough to fit CS > ASx2 > SSx5 into a tight CS cycle with the CS glyph and it's way too much Haste without the CS glyph. Since you're not using the CS glyph you should reforge all the Haste you can to Mastery down to 12.93% + some to account for your latency(13-14%) because that equates to a tight 10s CS cycle.

Before I list the said 'rotation' remember this is with my knowledge on 12.93% Haste level and assuming you will follow the 12.93$ Haste level because I am not geared enough to get to 1850(without massively reforging from Crit to Haste) and see for myself if it's a viable amount of Haste with the CS glyph to fit in a tight rotation without a lot of deadtime/delays.

To start in CA Phase: Some people find it better to HM > SrS > RF/CotW/Racials > Aimed > SSx2 > Aimedx2 > Readiness > Repeat with Aimed > SS maintaing ISS and managing focus. What I personally find that works wonders is just to HM > RF/CotW/Racials > Aimed > SSx2 > Readiness > Repeat with Aimed > SSx2 maintaing ISS and managing focus > SrS when you feel it's the right time and you can start the Standard Phase in time to refresh SrS(Make sure you get yourself to full focus before you start the Standard Phase so there isn't an issue with focus). Both work giving reliable results but you chose what works out for you.

Standard Phase: CS > ASx2 > SSx5 with MMM AI procs(on average being every other cycle) replacing a SS 3 of 4 cycles. So about 5 of 8 cycles you will have the 5th SS implemented into your cycle. The MMM AI proc can vary on where it procs into your cycle so you need to be smart and make sure you substitute it with the right shot to execute a perfect CS cycle. Use your brain and let your focus bar guide you to let you know when to do what for sometimes in the midst of a boss things happen and you need to accommodate for that quickly or it will result in a bigger dps loss.

I need to get sleep before work tomorrow so I apologize for not being able to discuss the rest of the phases but here is an excellent guide that can help you out tons and tons more than I could because I know it helped me become a better and smarter Hunter.

Hope this helps and best of luck to you.

Note that "2xAS 5xSS" does not mean you should cast 2 Arcane Shots, then 5 Steady Shots in a row - it's generally much better to split it to make ISS dropping due to movement or other factors less likely.
