Would you still want this much with the Hungerer Trinket? Im assuming with the haste proc on it youd be gcd if not close to it.

Look at Devai's gear for example; he has more crit rating than haste rating, so it won't proc haste for him. And even if it did, you wouldn't be GCD locked, since without 4T11 that requires almost 7000 haste rating without Rapid Fire or Bloodlust.
Edit: Oops, wrong trinket. Well anyway, there's no way you can GCD cap even if you happen to have Hungerer proc first and then Matrix Restabilizer procs more haste on top of that.

After more research, you need 3,5k haste to beeing on same point as you were with t11, then again more attractive option is to get 1650 haste and remove chimera shot glyph if you want to go CS - 2x SS - 2x AS - 3x SS rota again. then you have around 0.3 sec dead time, but then again noone of us play lagless enviroment.

You do not need 1650 Haste to be able to perform a CS > ASx2 > SSx5 cycle... approximately 12.93% Haste, with more as desired to account for latency, will work fine.
Or maybe you already accounted for your latency by requesting 1650 Haste?
Also assuming you do not have any points in pathing with 1650 Haste

I suppose it does.
Either way, though, 1650 is too much Haste with 3/3 pathing for a 10s CS > ASx2 > SSx5 cycle(unless your latency is through the roof) and, if going 0/3 pathing which I do not see why you would ever, is a bit too small to, of course, account for latency.

Are we aiming for the 12.93% (1235? haste rating)
The 1850 haste rating?
Any plateau in specific with 3/3 pathing?
Or just the Hit to cap, Crit > Haste > Mastery?
