I personally like BM, I understand that most of the guides online say MM or SV. In my 10m raid we don't have the 3% damage buff. Does the downside of BM get outweighed by that buff? Please don't respond with things such as, "You play BM? Why?" or "Dude just switch to MM!"
~Thanks

Last I checked they are all equal to extent but if you don't want to be a BM hunter you can always get a ravanger they provide that buff that you're missing

Uh, I'm not talking about the pet buffs / debuffs. It's the Ferocious Inspiration buff from the BM Tree.

If your guild have world of logs account where you upload your logs, check steady boss fight like chimaeron. Sum your raids dps and reduce 3% out of that number and you'll see Ferocious Inspiration effect there. Then again there is lots of logs from MM hunters so u can compare your dps + 3% of the raids dps against MM hunter dps (remember to compare 10man logs ;). Or you can also test MM in raids so you can see your own dps as MM and compare that for the previous number u got from BM + 3% of raids dps.
Mess with the best, die like the rest!
