Arion's Crown vs Engineering goggles

So, yesterday http://www.wowhead.com/item=59504 dropped. But since I have http://www.wowhead.com/item=59456, I am not sure which one is better? I am MM, b.t.w.

I had the same problem, I put haste/crit cogwheels in my engi helmet, the crit is a bit lower on arions and the haste higher, BUT you get 17 less Ranged DPS with attack power ( in the character window)
so I guess arions crown is better, but im not 100 sure.
