Reforging mastery

Hi,

Im a masrksmanship hunter and i reforged omost all my gear from hit and mastery to haste.

Well the thing is this is my pre raid gear and im not sure if i did the right thing to reforge all mastery to haste and cant find the hit cap either.

Hit cap is 8%. Or 961 hit rating.

Haste / Crit is very situational, generally, you'll want to reforge haste, mastery and excess hit to Crit (keep your Haste OVER 5,4% though).
