Hello there.
i'm guessing we all agree on the KS > SrS > CS > Aimed > SS > Arcane priority.
I also guess we can agree on, if you're using the Aimed Shot Glyph, you will want to prioritize that over Chimera Shot, to make sure you don't have both shots off CD.
And same for Chimera Glyph, you will always want to prioritize Cs over Aimed, ells you would render the glyph useless.
We agree so far?
Now let's see, most people(From what I have noticed) are running with 3 standard glyphs: Serpent Sting, Steady Shot and Kill Shot.
And since neither CS or AiS is glyphed in this case, it would not matter, which of the 2 shots you use first, assuming you get to fire them off the same amount of times.
However! This will for the most times not be the case and you will have used one of the 2 more than the other. I know you would probably prioritize Chimera over Aimed. Again without any of them glyphed.
My question is this: Why would you take Chimera over Aimed, assuming you can keep Serpent rolling, without having to use Chimera before Aimed? Which will do the most damage overall? Chimera with the Serpentsting addition or the Aimed Shot with Piercing Shot. Is there a definite answer to this, is it something you have looked into?
2. Question would be, and I know this is kind of a "bleh" question, but I'm curious. How do you start use your readiness and your RF+trinkets procs at start?
I myself start off like this, assuming the fight is long enough to get off 2xcotw:
HM and md before pulls obviously.
1.Prepot with Wild Magic
2.SrS
3.Trinkets proc, pop first rf+berserking+cotw, while shooting CS. All at same time.
4.Aimed
5.Readiness
6.Cs and Aimed again.
7.normal prio until rf expires(when its time for CS again), pop rf again on 0 sec left, so I have 15 sec of RF together with the rest of my 30 sec dbw proc. (so i have 30 sec rf combined exactly with dbw) - unless I need it on some add or something ofc.
8. continue normal prio
TL;DR: Which does more dmg: AiS with Piercing Shot on debuffed target, or CS with SrS applied?
and how do you start a fight with your trinkets, rf and readiness?
Why Cs over aimed shot?

I would take Aimed before Chimera, simply because in very high end gear it does more damage overall per hit. At least that was the situation the last time I simulated this... Might want to recheck.

This sounds reasonable if the fight is not incredibly short. However since we kill everything very fast these days I just blow everything when I have trinkets up (which may not be right at the start of the fight, since they may have procced just before on trash).
