arms rotation

hey im having a real problem with my dps on madness normal
i dont know if its my rotation or my gear or my glyphs
my dps is on 21k on dummies and on madness i get my dps to 31-35k

You are missing 5 enchants. Your bracer enchant, 40 hit and 40 crit gems aren't optimal. You are over the hit and expertise cap, go to http://www.wowreforge.com to fix that. You need to get the Cleave glyph and replace Bladestorm glyph with Slam glyph.

Having said all this it's still probably your "rotation".
