Warrior Fury - Gurthalak, Voice of the Deeps!

Hi I am new playing as a fury warrior (always been arms), so I tried to follow the tips of forums to get all my stats, rotation and priorities update.
I was doing madness of deathwing and the Gurthalak, Voice of the Deeps, dropped. I equiped thinking that will result on dps increase instead of my old one (axe of the tauren chiefs). After equip the sword all my stats and reforges become a nightmare, but the dps increased as well. Wakoz what do you think about this sword ?
I have some doubts about the caps of hit and exp... thx for helping =]

The proc more than makes up for the lack of stats.

with Sword in mh as Orc you require 781 expertise rating (you are currently @ 815).

With 2 pc T13 stat priorities are: 26 exp > Hit (to 17% marker) >= Crit (equal to Hit at 17%) > Haste > Mastery

New order or priority is now (ASSUMING YOU HAVE T13 2SET)

The 2pT13 set bonus has several outstanding implications on scaling, stat balance, spec and gear choice, etc. Just look at it and think about it for a few minutes. A cost reduction for our excess rage spender.

Stats priority:

Hit>=Crit>Haste>Mastery

I got to about 19% hit when crit became equal to it again. Haste is a little bit behind crit, and Mastery was in the dumpster.
