benefits and drawbacks in ARMS

I wonder to know, is it possible to DPS in ARMS spec? What benefits and drawbacks of using this spec in PvE?

Right not Fury is doing more ST dps, but on fights like Bethtilac Arms is great for aoeing the spiders down.
