DPS warrior in problems.

I was wondering if anyone could help me out on my warrior, for some reasons in raid i seems to make a small amount of dps for around 13k in single target raid bosses wich dont give you some kinda buff that improve you dmg alot.
Could anyone check my armory: http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/defias-brotherhood/hirden/simple And give me some idea if i need to change gems, enchants and so on.

My rotation i dont think is the big problem here atm, im normaly doing bloodthirst - raging blow - bloodthirst, and do the slam procs. Also keeping colossus smash up all the time whenever i can use it. But for some reason i still kinda feel rage starved. and im really carefull with heroic strikes.

Couldn't find anything wrong with your gear. You seem to know what you're doing. (You could change that gem in gloves to 40str, no reason to gem more hit if you are overcap already)
