Combat using TAiaJ

So I've seen you guys been switching over to tiny abom over herkuml, I can see why you're doing it rakez cause you're fairly low on hit. But is maeil doing this cause of critcaps cause no matter what I do aldrianas spreadsheet says herkuml is more dps. does the sheet miss something or is it simply because of the critcap issues?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that at such a high gear level, hit gains a higher EP than other stats which could be the reason why TAiaJ is better.

Spreadsheets assume a 100% uptime for Herkuml, which is always not that easy to achieve. Fights like sindra, putri, blood queen, blood princes, marrowgar and LK can have as low uptimes as 80% depending on how bad luck you have that week. Sure the same stuff affect tiny abom, but when the herkuml buff drops you lose a significant amount of damage while stacking it back up. Even with assumed 100% uptime for herkuml the last time I checked having tiny abom would only turn out to be a ~3 dps downgrade, which is pretty negligible and surely isn't outweighed by herkuml and its possible downtime.

Of course you should try going for heroic wfs or halion trinket if possible and your gear otherwise allows it but I haven't ever seen wfs drop and with the wonders of dkp the halion trinket won't be mine before a few more drop. (I know, I know it's dumb. Clearly I should get the first one...right?)
