Madness 10man heroic

Should i stay combat for madness 10man heroic or i should go assasin for more Aoe dmg? Thanks for your time

Go assassination if your raid is lacking on slows, so you spec into Deadly Brew to slow those adds, but if your raid is fine on slows then you can go combat. Though if your raid can't kill adds then you should still go assassination because you get more damage from poisons.
