So I've been wondering about KS. How do YOU use it? Do you use it at 10% BG, or do you always wait for 30%? I figure this might differ from fight to fight as well.

No insight = just pop it. Early green = pop it.. Late green/yellow, wait for red.

rogues are getting mroe and mroe haste so we're getting millions of finnishers off, so we kinda want to reset the cds asap, gains more.

I dont think theres any working theroycraft around this, ive read some but i dont like theri explanation.

It's best to use it always during deep insight, but that's often not as easy as it sounds. The gain is around 50-100 dps so it's probably safest to basically use it whenever you can, but preferably on at least some insight. If you're 100% certain that you can get it off during the next deep insight, save it for that.
