Hello, I need a subtlety spec for PvE purposes and I was thinking about something like: http://www.wowhead.com/talent#fMhbZboZcGccdhhMGo:zMafmomVc but one of my guildmates uses http://www.wowhead.com/talent#fdhbZbZMGccdhIMho:zMaobrmVc.
I also need to know what is the rotation for these specs ... and how to reforge :) Thank you

Those specs are actually wrong, and this is the spec you should be using: http://www.wowhead.com/talent#fMhcZ0bZcGcsdu0RGo
I wouldn't say there is really a rotation for Sub, but this is what I do during a fight:
1) Shadowstep
2) Open up with a macro:
/cast Premeditation
/cast Ambush
(This gives you 5 CP's straight away and does a ton load of damage due to damage increase of Ambush from ST)
3) Hemorrhage for +30% damage to bleed effects
4) Rupture
5) Backstab until 5 CP's
6) Slice N' Dice
7) Backstab until 5 CP's
8) Eviscrate (To keep Rupture up)
Note: If you're talented correctly, Eviscrate has a 100% chance to refresh the original duration of Rupture, providing that Eviscrate was used from 5 CP's, which means when you want to refresh Rupture (which should usually be when it's half way to expiring), you ONLY refresh it with a 5 CP Eviscrate, otherwise you're at risk of losing your Rupture DoT.
9) Backstab until 5 CP's
10) Recuperate
11) Backstab until 5 CP's
12) Eviscrate
13) Backstab until 5 CP's
14) Slice N' Dice
~~RINSE AND REPEAT~~
Usually you will only have to Backstab until you yourself have acquired 4 CP's, as the critical strikes from the group/raid will provide you with that extra CP.
You have to keep SnD and Recuperate up, otherwise your DPS will diminish a significant amount. Subtlety is only regarded as a relatively useless PvE spec because it's a hard 'rotation' to perfect, and requires 100% focus to stay level with the other top DPS. If you cannot be behind the boss, DO NOT spec for Sub - your damage will suffer tremendously and in that regard Subtlety becomes practically useless.
You should use Vanish on cooldown, making use of yet another Shadowstep > Premeditation + Ambush macro, and when Premeditation is off cooldown again, use Shadowdance > Premeditation + Ambush macro. Straight after, usually you'd use Preparation to reset the cooldown of all of these abilities, henceforth you repeat the entire cooldown process again - but do not forget during this time to keep Rupture up with 5 CP Eviscrate, SnD and Recup.
Finally, providing you have fulfilled the hit cap (~481 HR), you should reforge all your substats to Haste, or Expertise if Haste is already on the gear.
That's basically it, hopefully I've covered the basics - this should get you on your way anyway.
