Hi,
First of all, sorry for my english and thank you for taking the time to answer.
When a fight just start, you want SnD up as fast as possible but I was wondering when you used your "burst" like KS and AR... Of course, you want to use them when bandit's guile is useful but I wanted to know, in the very beginning of the fight, if you keep them for a 20% or 30% BG or if you use them quickly to "force" BG to be at 20% or 30% as fast as possible...
Thank you.
Have a nice day.

I think the agreed norm is to save Killing Spree for 30% Bandit's Guile or at least try to. Note that this is not always easy, and I would recommend using Killing Spree when you see fit.
For example, you may not want to wait for Bandit's Guile to reach 30% on the Head Phase on Magmaw as it may result in player death! It is also recommended that you do not use Killing Spree while Adrenaline Rush is active as it results in severe energy capping.
Personally I find that just using it off cool-down works fine for me but it has become a very situational cool-down since the release of 4.0
