backstab and rupture

jus wanted to get u guys thots on backstab and rupture when do u think the best time to use these to moves r. i have recently been using rupture cuz of glyph but should i get rid of it and go with backstab.

Mutilate, Rupture and Backstab are the Primary glyphs that you should be using.

Is there not more use for the vendetta Glyph ?

Ive was mainly ruptureless ARP combat in Wotlk,

Since cata ive rolled assasination, Currently my rotation does not include Backstack, mut snd mut rupture, mut evenom to refresh rinse repeat,( obviously 5 points) using bombs and eng hand when not on cooldown, If to take the back stab glyph, would this suggest to use backstab instead of mutilate. ????

The Vendetta glyph is simply worse overall than the Backstab glyph. Above 35% you should be using Muti to build finishers of at least 4 points, keeping rupture up whilst using envenom to refresh SnD. Below 35% you should begin using backstab to build 5 point finishers instead, this is due to the fact that we gain 30 energy from Murderous Intent when we backstab a target below 35% health, effectively making the cost of backstab half of what it was.
