Yeah, sadly no one in the groups they put me in are Draenai so it screws me a bit.

For melee hit cap (which is 8%, not 9%) you need 263 rating as Horde and 230 as Alliance. By the way, you can become a Draenei yourself.

Where did you get those numbers you told about earlier? I'd like to take a look at sites which post such horrible misinformation.

I cannot remember them sadly. However if you type in melee hit cap 9% in google you will get many sites that talk about it, from wowhead to EJ and so forth. Some of them are debating between 9 and 8%, and others are saying that it is 9% flat out.
