Haste Cap for DW Frost?

Is there a soft cap for stacking haste? I.e. is there a point at which mastery or crit becomes more valuable than more haste?

Or, is there a point where using Frost presence is more beneficial than Unholy?

a dk should never go for crit, since you get a proc for a guarenteed crit anyway. Me myself think the mastery is really good but i would pick haste over mastery on a reforge when ever i can.

I agree with what you're saying; I just wanted to be sure I wasn't overstacking haste past a cap that I didn't remember seeing at some point.
