FC vs RI on main hand

yesterday i checked some logs to find something to improve my dps. anyway, i found this log:

infeh from method is using fc on mh and ri on oh.
my log:

i used ri on mh and fc on oh, same like the most player do and how it is told in every guide.
but if i check the dmg by ri, it is nearly the same in both logs; 0,7% total dmg. (he deals arround 10k more dmg with ri but his total dmg is much higher too.)
my fc uptime is 63,7% with 24 proccs, infeh got an uptime of over 90% with 40 proccs. he got arround 300 haste more than me, so i dont think he switched the weapons before logout and just got more proccs due more haste.
also, if i check other logs with players who use ri on mh, they deal 0,7% of total dmg due ri and have arround 20 fc proccs. every log is on baleroc hc with nearly similar fight length.

so why should i use fc on oh, when i have more proccs from fc on mh but dealing same dmg with ri, no matter wich weapon i choose for it?

RI deals the same damage, regardless if its on the MH or OH. The only reason FC is put on the OH is because your OH Styles cant miss/dodge/parry and because of that, the OH will hit a little bit more reliably.
MH and OH have the same hit/miss%, so there is no reason why FC should proc more often from whitehits, if its in the MH.

If you go after this facts, there is no reason why FC should go on the MH. Especially for fights where you stand in front of the boss, like Ragnaros or Majordomo(nHC) its more beneficial to put FC on the MH.

But I tested it myself and had like 15-20% more uptime on FC when it was in the MH. Its confusing because it shouldnt be like that.
