Frost DPS - Opening fights

How do you usually engage a boss? What "rotation"? Do you pop all CDs, or just keep them in case of later procs?
I do have some kind of rotation that I keep doing, i think it gives me a nice burst, but i wish to know if it is really that effective, and if you have some better ideas.
Well, here it is:
- Blood Fury, Pillar of Frost
- Outbreak
- 2x OB
- Blood Tap
- OB
- Empower Rune Weapon
- 3x OB


And then start frost striking and doing the usual priority system.

Be sure to prepot if needed, and try not to cap RP, by the sound of it you probably need to wave in a few frost strikes. Also be sure to summon Timmy the ghoul when all your cooldowns are up (make sure you have something to track trinket procs!)

What addon would you suggest me to track those ICD?
And I always forgot summoning Timmy, thanks for warning that.

I usually wait until Heart of Rage procs, then pop Pillar+Ghoul etc. and of course prepot+Army of the Dead.
I think the best way to use Empower Rune Weapon is when you absolutly have all runes on cd and not enough rp for Frost Strike.
Otherwise it would be a dps loss.

I personally use Fortexorcist to track cds....fits me very well.
