i tend to choose reforging the hit to mastery, when it comes down to it having the dodgy and mastery with less hit, is more benificial then less dodge more mastery with the hit still on it

i only have around 2.5% hit, and that works good for me, just reforge hit/exp off over dodge, it works out better
