So I just joined a raid Team via 10man as a Frost DK. Now I know I'm the not the best by any means but I like playing 2H over DW. Last night we had attempts on Normal Rag and I seemed to only be doing Sub 17k. Once of the guys whisper to me that the last DW DK that they had was pulling 20k+ but as I looked him up he was in Heroic gear, Would that make a difference??

I've read Elitist Jerks and WoW forums and people say you wanna use OB when KM is up which I totally understand why but when I look at some of the Top DK's in WoL FS is there number one over OB. Now usually when I'm DPSing I'm using KM with FS or OB which ever is open because I feel if I wait for OB to come off CD I'm wasting DPS. I've also read that the DPS between the 2 specs are sub minimal.
Could I get some advise as to how to up my DPS more or is it I just need to watch Runes and procs more closely? I feel I should be able to push 20K+. As far as Spec / Glyphs / Gems / Enchants / Gear Setup (I have 4/5 T11 but figured my Heroic chest & T12 Gloves were better than using 4pc bonus) I feel is correct. I follow the rotation that is suggested as well. Now I do watch CLC_DK to make sure I'm maximizing my DPS. Could that added be hurting me?
Mods I use are: DBM / X-Peral / Recount / Omen / CLC_DK / OmmiCC (CD counter)

Appears that from your World of Logs charts that you are prioritizing Frost Strike over your Obliterates. If you switch this priority then you should see some different results. Obliterate is a much more powerful attack than Frost strike and you should attempt to use all of your Killing Machine procs for Obliterate and only use Frost strike when obliterate is on cooldown or when you are runic power capped. See if this works for you

Problem is I'm not trying to. I'm trying to use OB over FS but when OB is on CD do I just wanna wait the 5-6sec CD on OB instead of FS. Just seems there's a lot of Downtime waiting for OB to come off CD so I feel I'm wasting DPS not using FS.

I've read it's worth waiting 1 seconds for Obliterate to come off CD when KM is proc'd. Also, I usually try to use BT in those situations where Obliterate has 5-6 seconds on CD.

To expand further on my earlier post it also seems that you may need to control use of your runes better. I find that i almost never have more than a 3-4 second cd on my runes hence giving me the opportunity to use more Oblits.
Here are some logs for my normal dmg as well as another frost dk:

obviously on the Occu'thar fight i used a large portion of AOE attacks but still the dmg difference between OB and FS is about 4-5% as it is with my of my fights. While both are heavily used my Oblit dmg is always higher
