Blood Tap - How to

hey guys,

how do i use blood tap to his max. up till now, i've been using it whenever 2 bloodrunes where on cd.... obviously that's wrong.

opening with outbreak - 2 ss - 2 fes - BT will have me sitting on one frostrune...

so my simple question: where do u guys blood tap in your rotaion?

I start off

IcyTouch > Plague Strike > Fest > Blood Tap (converts the blood rune into a death rune and will refresh the depleted blood rune into a death rune) > Death Coil (hopefully RC procs) SS > SS > SS... etc.. etc...

dont start off with outbreak, outbreak is there to help you out refresh your diseases when they're about to drop or in heavy movement fights.. in the end you will do more dmg by using icy touch from ranged while running towards the boss and once u get there plague strike and if u follow the start up i put on top you really shouldn't be sitting on an unused rune for at least the first 3mins of the fight unless you screw up somewhere

IYour priority should go this way :
Diseases > Dark Transformation > DnD/SS if both Unholy and/or all Death runes are up > FeS if both pairs of Blood and Frost runes are up >
DC if SD, 100 RP, will overcap RP with anything else or if DT isn’t up > DnD/SS > FeS > DC > HoW.
