Dk tanks and reforging Avodiance vs. Mastery

As a long time pally tank I have chosen to pick up the mantle of DK tanking, as i flow through the levels I am finding myself wondering what is the theory of reforging DK stats. As a pally tank the more mastery the better, as block will reduce 40% of dmg. As of right now I am raiding with 13% dodge 11% parry and 50% block on my paladin. What as a DK tank should I shoot for with Dodge, Parry and Mastery as miniums.
