Frost 2H Reforging

Hey guys,
I've been searching and reading the guides for guite long now, but I can't seem to find what's better to reforge for Frost 2-Hander specc. Haste is kinda logic because of RP regeneration and KM proccs, but some people still say reforging mastery is better. I tried both but there's not a big difference really. So i'm wondering what do you guys think?

Haste should be better until you reach a kind of softcap around 900 haste, where mastery slowly outgrows haste (2h frost only).

reaching 900 haste is possible with decent gear, so you will probably ending reforging into haste AND mastery.

Things like this depend heavily on your gear. I suggest using a simulator to determine your stat weights.
