Frost questions, again !

First : Please Apologize my bad english, i'm french, and we are not well-known for our languages skills. I'll try to do my best.

Thank you for being helpfull, and still giving usefull tips for all Death knights, me and my diseases-spreader-guildmates are using that topic as an amazing tool, thank you again.
To compare, all high level frenchies guilds, (such as Wraith, wich is not that bad world ranked) prefers sharing their e-peen size, talking about them, so I guess that they don't really have the time to answer lower levels players questions.

It's my first time posting in here, and I'm a bit ashamed of asking you tips. But i really find that EJ is not that good, and there are tons of wrong tips.
Being a Frost DK is not easy to find usefull and simple info, so i choose to ask my questions in here.


So, my questions are :

- Is the tip of beginnig an encounter with SoTHM and wapping SoA at 35% when the most power-CD are up still OP ? Why do we find you with SoA in the armory ?

- Catalysm also incomes, and i'm really worried about what spec should I use, I really want to stay as Frost (wich really is my favourite, I hate UH), and I don't find any "premade" spec, so I choosed to do my own, and show you if you want to say if that is OP

I use SoA due to the ArP-setup I have. What you said there is for strength setup.

That's pretty much what I've been planning to spec for. The new patch is probably gonna come in a couple of days on to the live servers. What I'd change from that spec is the talents with no DPS benefit. In other words: point(s) away from Endless Winter and Resilient infection. Even the crappy tier 1 talent in Blood which just gives a pitiful amount of RP should be better DPS-wise. And tbh, there's not much utility in those two talents anyway that you're taking points away from. Although I suppose 0 RP interrupts aren't bad.

But, what I was thinking, My raid setup has really lazy kickerz In any encounter kick-needy, isnt there a virtual dps-increase by keeping RP from mind freeze by taking endless winter, maybe at 1/2 ?

I should wait till cata for this, thanks for you quick answer, I am strenght setup, maybe you could confirm I don't have the require gear for a arp setup ?

With the gear you have, no, I don't think it'd make sense to go with ArP. Especially the lack of trinkets hurts.

Also, there's really nothing wrong with going 2 points into Endless Winter if you feel like you're gonna be interrupting a lot.
