Hi, I can not understand how you upload your video on YouTube with excellent output quality. How would I have not tried to upload my video, I get 1080p is very poor quality. Your video 1080p looks great. Also when watching I noticed that in your videos, you can choose "Original" - what is it?

If i may answer your questions:
To date afaik the best capture software for Windows is Fraps, suggesting version 3.2.6 and up, which have reduced cpu usage on some systems.
On Youtube you'll get the "Original" option uploading a video 1920x1200.
To get better quality of your 1080p movies you have to make their vertical resolution x1072 (rather than 1080), but for more detailed info suggest you to read the whole guide made by Xav from Premonition on their guild site.
