grid issue

im new on healing "job" just installed Grid few days ago , configured how i want whit all that i need in raids; have only 1 problem..seems i dont know how to configure the yards regarding ppl that are in range for me to heal and ppl that dont , i mean it appears on my Grid that they are in range for me to heal them but "Out of range" same whit ppl that are in raid whit me .. and doing some BG's suddenly they apear in range to heal. Will be very usefull for me if u can help ty.

/grid config>status>range>set for 40 yards, you probably have it set for 30.
