Maeil's addOns

Im very interested in Maeil's addOns, i would like to know the addon, that shows your Energi, Hp on bosses (or creep) and your hp + the addon that shows when your CD's is running out, on the "lines"..

Pitbull4 for unitframes.
Rogue Powerbars for DPS debuffs & buffs.

I have them now, but how do i have to configurate them for get them look as yours? it's very nice..
