Synti's UI and comparison shot.
Chopped together (rather shoddily) from quite a few screenshots to show the functionality. It might look spammy (it really isn't), but there's plenty of stuff happening in the screenshot, staged or not, on purpose.
Main points:
Extremely lightweight. I'm playing with ~3-4 years old computer, yet I keep a rather nice 20-40 FPS in 25-man raids. This is enough to keep everything playable. Getting rid of Pitbull and other crap that take an enormous amount of processing power from the CPU gives me more than double the FPS, literally. Current addons have 5.6Mb memory usage.
Focus of the UI is in one, concentrated place. I get all the relevant information at a very quick glance. I don't really give a shit how many debuffs from the whole raid my target has in a PvE UI - all it does is take up huge amounts of space for useless information. Clutter is kept to very minimum.
No spammy shit addons or other flashy stuff which serve no other purpose except to look nice in UI screenshots. Functionality is the keyword. Everything is very easy to spot, which leaves plenty of time for optimizing DPS and to plan ahead. I feel this is an extremely important part in an UI and very often overlooked. Any UI where you have to look around to gather the important information is horrible.
Added some text in it to clue in as to what does what. Rest of them should be self-explanatory.
[edit:] Forgot to mark the "debuff gained" section. It's a bit above the big boss warnings. Shows a big icon and a text of what kind of fire I'm standing on.
