Stampeding Roar macro

Hello
atm im prepareing for some 4.3 proggression. i have done some of the bosses on the ptr and figured out stampeding Roar is really usefull.
im a balance drood and i would like to know if there is a macro i can use to do something like this: go into cat form, use stampeding roar, and go into moonkin form again.

I hope you don't mind a "non-paragon" member answering this, as it is a fairly simple macro.

/castsequence reset=15 Cat Form, Stampeding roar, Moonkin Form

Click it 3 times and it should do just what you asked for. The castsequence "command" (as well as everything else you would ever need to know about macros) is explained over at http://www.wowpedia.org/Making_a_macro# ... _and_items if you want to learn more :).
