Just wondering if I'd be able to check out the UI for any resto druid in Paragon, been looking for the right UI for awhile now...

I would say make your own !
Its a huge advantage and what might work for others doesnt necessarily work for you.
I can see that its very exiting to see what good players use, but It is very different what people like.
If you are into some needy nice and goodlooking thing take Elv UI or something similar.
But you might find that the majority costumize their UI and hence grid or what ever random addon might not be placed where u like it.
Getting inspiration is always good, but if its a copy paste solution of a costumized UI I would personally not use it.
