Debuff Addon

hellu. it might have been asked for before, but i cant find it anywhere here atleast.

I just watched the HC Tron council video, and when where watching from the holy palas view, he gets a big icon in the middle of his screen when he gets a debuff, anyone know the name of that addon?

Power Aura is the addon, soooo maybe they can give us the strings for the debuffs plzplz.
