Hi,
My name is Elisabeth Guillot and I am going to write my master's thesis on leadership and daily routines in World of Warcraft. The purpose of my research project is to look at different practices in guilds and how you balance the online and offline life.

Therefore, I need to interview people with leadership experience, specifically guild leaders, raid leaders and role leaders. You will be anonymized, and it will not be possible for the reader to identify you. The interview will last 1-2 hours, and will be conducted via Skype.
